14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund — for any reason. No questions asked.

To request a refund, simply send an email to contact@executiveselfworth.com with:

  • Your name or email address used at checkout
  • The approximate date of purchase
  • A brief note that you’d like a refund (no detailed explanation required)

We will process your refund within 3 business days of receiving your request. The refund will be returned to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy and typically appears in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

What Happens After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your access to the Premium Report will be revoked. The free assessment and its basic results will remain available.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for digital purchases. By completing your purchase and accessing the Premium Report immediately, you acknowledge that the digital content has been delivered and that the right of withdrawal expires upon delivery of the digital content, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

Notwithstanding the above, we voluntarily offer the 14-day satisfaction guarantee described above, which provides you with the same practical protection.
